Q: What is your return policy? A: Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're disappointed with your emergency supplies or disaster kits for any reason, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return. (Some kits may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.) Q: Do you offer discount pricing on emergency kits for bulk orders? A: Yes. Please contact us for pricing on large orders. Q: What if I can't find the emergency kits or disaster preparedness supplies I'm looking for? A: Let us know! We want to help you find the right products for your needs. Some products we carry are not on the site simply because our inventory is so large. Even if we don't have what you're looking for, we can often provide information on where to find the products you need. Q: Can you do any customization or personalization with product packaging? A: Upon request, we can provide one color silk screening, custom-packed emergency kits, and customer containers. Please contact us with your specifications. Q: What are your shipping policies? A: Most orders are shipped ground (via UPS) within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You will be provided with a UPS tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order. Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 days. Faster shipping is available upon request. Q: What are your shipping fees? A: Shipping on all ground shipments within the lower 48 states is FREE! (Additional shipping charges MAY apply to other areas. We try to pass along our shipping discounts whenever possible, but if we are required to collect more for shipping, you will be notified before we ship your order.) |
